3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wowpk login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 You must notify wowpk immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. wowpk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

4.1 All deposits to your wowpk account are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wowpk accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 Deposits are generally credited to your wowpk account within the processing timeframe of the selected payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day. wowpk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.3 wowpk does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. It is your responsibility to review your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit.
4.4 Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
4.5 wowpk reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Limits may be amended at the Company's discretion or adjusted individually as part of responsible gaming measures.
5.1 You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your wowpk account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where practicable.
5.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory identity verification (KYC) being completed on your account. wowpk may request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

11.2 By registering an account, you consent to wowpk processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.
11.3 wowpk will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with carefully selected service providers, game suppliers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the provision of the Platform's services.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wowpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 wowpk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk. wowpk's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
12.3 wowpk shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, telecommunications failure, or cyberattacks.
13.1 wowpk may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination for breach, any balance held in your account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach, at the Company's sole discretion.
13.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any available balance net of applicable bonus obligations will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
13.3 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect following account closure, including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
14.1 wowpk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. 15.3 You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.
